Biological treatment is widely used in sewage treatment.Protozoa and bacteria in activated sludge are the main workers for depleting total phosphorous,total nitrogen and organic pollutants in biological treatment of sewage.Protozoa and bacteria through the sludge varies in regional scale due to sewage concentration,climate conditions,and process characteristics.Based on the CASS sewage treatment process in Yichun,bacteria inactivated sludge were screened out from 9 sewage treatment plants,i.e.Beijing(MBR and A/O treatment process),Tianjin(MBR and A/O treatment process),Guangzhou(A/O treatment process),Shenzhen(OD treatment process),Dezhou(A/O treatment process),Dongying(A/O treatment process)and Guangzhou(OD treatment process)and were cultured under the optimum growth conditions in the laboratory.The bacteria inactivated sludge bacteria were selected to meet the national first-class B discharge standard.Physiochemical study of sludge bacteria and calculation of the proportion of dominant biological components were carried out to obtain the optimal treatment efficiency of the dominant biological components and components in activated sludge.Under the condition of laboratory culture,the water quality of the effluent in reactor 2 did not change much,and SV30 still did not increase..In reactors 7 and 8,SV30 gathered and grew,and the rotifer and filamentous bacteria were found to be abundant when running biological microscopy.The treatment capacity.6 ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in reactor 6 decreased,and the water turned yellow when Nessler's reagent was added.In the experiment,reactor no.1,3,4,5 and 9 had good quality of effluent,good growth of activated sludge,significant separation of mud and water after precipitation,and no free organism was found in water,which was suitable for actual production.Biological observation analysis shows that the 1,3,4,5,9,the active sludge in the reactor for biological observation and gene sequencing,analyzing five reactor in proportion of all kinds of microorganisms in activated sludge and their role in wastewater treatment showed that that the best deal with the advantage of the efficiency of activated sludge in biological composition and ingredients: phosphorus accumulating bacteria genera(29%),deformation bacteria(11%),and bacteroides(10%),nitrite oxidizing bacteria genera(5%),ammonia oxidizing bacteria(5%).The proportion of protozoa in the best treatment effect is: 28% of flagellates,3% of rotifers,69% of ciliates' activated sludge is the best treatment effect of various microbial content proportion.,the configuration of activated sludge phosphorus accumulating bacteria genera(29%),deformation bacteria(11%),and bacteroides(10%),nitrite oxidizing bacteria genera(5%),ammonia oxidizing bacteria(5%),giardia,rotifers,ciliate,3% and 69% 28% of the activated sludge reactor in 10 training,using the most appropriate conditions,the early water quality reach discharge standards.The average removal rate of all pollutants was 86.3%,97.89%,93.57% and 95.35% after the conventional test.Three tests of effluent water quality and the calculation of storage efficiency have been made and No.10 sludge is suitable for CASSsewage treatment.
