Study On The Composition Of Secondary Metabolites Of Streptomyces CSDX 076 And FSJ 11-2

Streptomyces is an important source of natural products have bioactive and also the main source of antibiotics.This paper is composed of four parts,the first part of secondary metabolites with antimicrobial activity or cytotoxic activity of Streptomyces in conducting a review;part two is about the culture conditions of Streptomyces sp.CSDX 076 which will be optimize;the third part and the fourth part is about the separation and purification of secondary metabolites from two strains of Streptomyces CSDX 076 and FJS 11-2,and these compounds will be carried out an antibacterial activity experiment.1?secondary metabolites is purify and separate from ChishuiDanxia Streptomyces sp.CSDX 076 and concentrated after separation and purification,using the modern spectrum technology to identify the structures of 7 compounds,we got one new natural products and named 10,11 acetonide pseurotin A.2?secondary metabolites is purify and separate from Streptomyces sp.FJS 11-2 and concentrated after separation and purification,using the modern spectrum technology of 8 compounds for structure identification,we got two new natural products named Strepmycin A and Strepmycin B.The antibacterial experiment of the obtained compounds was carried out,and the bacteriostasis effect of the compound was evaluated.We use the bacteria and the fungus e.g.:Staphylococcus epidermidis(25922),proteus(10213),ESBL bacteria,Candida albicans,Brucella and Bacillus subtilis,MRSA.Results show those compounds have antibacterial and antifungal active.
