With the development of reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the process of urbanization has also speeded up.Urbanization is one of the driving forces to promote economic development and social progress.The degree of urbanization is an important factor to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of a city.Urbanization has brought great convenience to our daily life.At the same time,it has brought planning problems to the urban planning department.The spatial distribution of urban hot spots also represents the degree of urbanization.By finding the urban hot spots,understanding the spatial distribution of cities and public issues in cities,providing better decision analysis for the city's future planning and providing convenience for residents' day-to-day travel guidance and management.The research on the identification of urban hot spots is an increasingly important topic in recent years.POI is the basic data of network electronic map,which has the advantages of simple data structure,large amount of data and high practicality;was used in city planning,city analysis and other aspects.Urban hot spots usually refer to the more developed business,large flow of people,and all kinds of facilities,that is,a variety of POI data are more aggregated areas.On the basis of POI data,the method of nuclear density analysis,weighted superposition analysis and hot spot analysis(Getis-Ord G*)was used to extract the location of urban hot spots and classify urban hot spots.In addition,spatial network accessibility,attraction model,resource evaluation and standard deviation elliptical analysis are used to analyze the extracted urban hot spots.This paper uses POI data to analyze urban hot spots.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the ten types of 5821 POI data in Kunming as the research object,through the data pretreatment,nuclear density analysis and weighted overlay analysis,the nuclear density analysis results were obtained,and the data analysis of hot spot,get the hot spot map of POI in Kunming.Through the results of nuclear density analysis and hot spot analysis have extracted 39 urban hot spots in Kunming and analyzed the spatial distribution characteristics of urban hot spots.(2)Through analyzing the accessibility of the urban hot spots,we get the accessibility of the urban hot spots in the study area,and evaluate the convenience of the urban hot spots.(3)Gravity model was used to calculate the attraction index of 28 cities in Kunming City's Old City District and Chenggong New Area,and the spatial intensity of any two hot spots was analyzed.The central radiation status of developed cities' hotspots was analyzed.And analyze the corresponding development and opening up of Kunming,the rapid development of hot spots in the edge cities.(4)Using the method of standard deviation ellipse analysis,analyze the development focus and development direction of urban hot spots in Kunming.The study found that the city's hot distribution characteristics in Kunming city is the four areas of the old city agglomeration,distribution pattern and spread to the rest of Chenggong New District,county(city)district distribution of single;interaction strength and radiation range between the central city hot spots,the edge of the situation,small Simon influence area is to the KunMing Railway Station,Nanping Street as the center with outward radiation;further optimize the city resources,provide a theoretical basis for city planning and construction and public travel.
