The knowledge of Pedagogical Content knowledge,referred to as PCK,is an important part of teacher knowledge.As the reserve force of the future Middle school physics teachers,pre-service teachers' PCK level determines the difficulty and quality of their transition to in-service teachers,and it is of practical significance to measure the PCK level of pre-service teachers.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the existing literatures on the use of the evaluation tools of Ericsson College,some revisions are made to the questionnaire of the tool,the internal consistency test is carried out,and the test results show that the testing volume has good reliability.According to the grading framework of the evaluation tools of the Erickson Institute,and combining the teaching video and the questionnaire content,the questionnaire evaluation rules are compiled.Using this tool,169 pre-service teachers majoring in physics were tested and the data collected were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistic software.The general level of PCK and the level of PCK three elements of pre-service teachers were tested,and the factors influencing the PCK level of pre-service teachers were explored,and the following conclusions were obtained:The overall level of PCK in the third grade pre-service teachers is moderate,and there are significant differences among the three constituent elements of PCK.The mean value of teaching content knowledge is greater than that of teaching object knowledge,teaching method knowledge,the average value of teaching object knowledge is greater than that of teaching method knowledge.The gender difference of pre-service teachers is significant in the general level of PCK and three elements.Female are better than male in teaching content knowledge,teaching object knowledge,teaching method knowledge and general level.The students' employment tendency and the understanding of the physics textbooks and curriculum standards in the middle school have significant difference in statistical significance to their PCK,while the physical teaching interest of pre-service teachers has no statistically significant difference to their PCK.The pre-service teachers with clear postgraduate tendencies are better than no postgraduate tendenciesnormal and no work inclination students in the overall level of PCK,level of knowledge of teaching content,and level of knowledge level ofteaching subjects.The familiarity degree of middle school physics textbooks has significant differences in the overall level of PCK,the knowledge level of teaching content,and the knowledge level of teaching subjects.Pre-service teachers with a high level of understanding of high school physics textbooks are better than those with a low level of understanding in the overall level of PCK,level of knowledge in teaching content,and level of knowledge in teaching subjects.There is no significant difference in the level of knowledge of teaching methods.The familiarity of the course standards has significant differences in the overall level of PCK,the level of teaching content knowledge,and the level of knowledge of teaching subjects.Pre-service teachers with a high level of understanding of the Course Standard are better than those with a low level of understanding in the overall level of PCK,the level of teaching content,and the level of knowledge of teaching subjects.There is no significant difference in the level of knowledge of teaching methods.
