Myxomycetes is a group of eukaryotic microorganisms that commom occurs on warm and moister forest ecosystems.This groups contain limited species,but has special Life Cycle and could response teh biodiversity.The study of the diversity of Myxomycetes mianly focus on the Temperate area and Tropical Islands,but little study refers to Subtropical area.In order to take a good knowledge of the myxomycetes of this area,we slects Tiantangzhai in Anhui province as a study area.In total,1529 specimens have been collected from Field collecting and Moist chamber culturing,belonging to 71 myxomycete species of 29 genera of 10 families in 6 orders.Physarales represented a higher order accounting for 20 species,followed by the Trichiales account for 18 species,Stemonitales account for 17 species,Liceales account for 13 species,Echinosteliales account for 2 species and the Ceratiomyxales account for 1 species.Among them,25 species are new records for Anhui Province.As L.minim,L.kleistobolus,C.metallica,H.minor,A.incarnata,A.obvelata,H.calyculata,T.varia,T.erecta,T,lutescens,T.decipiens,P.roseum,P.sulphureum,P.psittacinum,P.penetrale,D.effusum,D.hemisphaericum,C.oculatum,A.atra,C.arcyrionema,E.papillatum,C.reticulospora,M.scintillans,S.inconspicua,S.pallida.In the sample area of Tiantagzhai 62 myxomycete species have been recognized,belonging to 28 genera of 10 families in 6 orders.The relative abundance of E.minutum(RA=29.80%)and C.debaryanum(RA=15.42%)is more than 10%,and 7 myxomycete species is during 1%-10%,as,L.operculata(RA=7.65%),L.kleistobolus(RA=7.67%),C.confusa(RA=6.76%)et al.50 myxomycete species are colleceted from the Ground substrance,39 myxomycete species are colleceted from the Barks substrance,27 myxomycete species are colleceted not only Ground substrance but from the Barks substrance.The Shannon-Wiener index of the Ground substrance(H'=2.41)is higher than the Barks substrance(H'=1.88).The Elevation two has 40 myxomycete species is the most higher,and also has the higher Shannon-Wiener index(H'2 2.64),Pielou index(J=0.72),Simpson index(D=0.89).Elevation four has the most lower Shannon-Wiener index(H'=1.55),Pielou index(J=0.46),Simpson index(D=0.66),but the number of myxomycete species is 30 and is not most lower.Theose datas indicate that the myxomycete species distribution is higher around the range of 1200 m.Besides,32 myxomycete species is the highest among the 12 months in July of 2016,and 12 myxomycete species is the lowest in the August and October of 2015.The highest Shannon-Wiener index(H'=2.35)is in the July of 2015,The lowest Shannon-Wiener index(H'=1.01)is in the September of 2015.All theose datas indicate that the distribution of myxomycete has some relations to the precipitation and temperature of different mounths,great numbers of myxomycete has obtained from the months that with a higher precipitation and temperature.
