With the progress of information technology and the support of national policy,the IT industry has become an important engine for Chinese national economic growth.And the rise of the Internet of things and cloud computing,IT industry has not only got the opportunity of rapid development,but also faced the challenge of reshuffling the whole industry pattern.The mergers and acquisitions of major companies are always in the news,and many traditional IT equipment manufacturers have been suffering from development difficulties.Transformation and upgrading,repositioning themselves and starting a business again,such words are the high frequency vocabulary used by these enterprises CEO.Transformation and upgrading is an active strategic adjustment of enterprises in order to avoid risks and pursue greater development space,adjust the allocation of resources,optimize the organizational structure,and adapt to market changes.The core competence of IT enterprise is based on enterprise technology accumulation,process optimization,which was based on the person,so that enterprises can adapt and influence of technology and market changes,this is the most important resource of human resources,enterprise management ability is the ability of resource allocation,especially in accordance with the organization the development and variation of the market,make the enterprise's human resources,other resources,effectively support the needs of organization development.The talent competition on the road of transformation,IT enterprises must pay attention to performance management,which is the key to optimize the allocation of human resources.SN is a young IT high-tech enterprise located in Guangzhou.It was founded in 2013.Its business covers IT product proxy,system integration,service outsourcing,software development,etc.it has offices in Nanning and Xiamen.Currently,there are 84 employees belonging to small and micro businesses.At the beginning of the founding of the company,the company's business has developed rapidly,but it also exposes the dilemma of development: most of the business income is a low value-added agency business.Management agrees that is the way out only when we seize the historical opportunity to transform and upgrade to value-added service providers with high added value,but the original talent pool is not enough to support the development of new businesses.To continue to improve the staff's skills and performance,to guide the staff to carry out their career planning,to provide a superior environment for growth,to attract external talents to join and grow together with SN company.Finally,the formation of a perfect human resource environment to support the strategic transformation of the company,therefore,establishing a more perfect performance management mechanism is an urgent problem for SN company.Base on the history and status of SN,the analysis of the opportunities and difficulties in the industry,with the company culture and the value orientation of management team,follow the relevant theory of performance management,I will collect the performance management related data of SN by interviews and questionnaires,and analysis of the crux of the problem behind by literature research,try to put forward the performance management scheme,matching with the strategy of SN company,attracting talents,retaining talents and increasing talents.
