The transformation and upgrading of agricultural processing enterprises is important for the sustainable development of agricultural processing enterprises.Considering the pressure of competition in the industry,many agricultural processing enterprises began to explore the transformation with the support of the national policy.Agricultural products processing enterprises are mostly close to the rural areas;where the overall quality of personnel is low,and the rate of turnover is high.To successfully complete the transformation,Agricultural processing enterprises must first complete the upgrading of enterprise personnel.Therefore,human resource management plays an important role in the enterprise operation in this stage.The human resources management of agricultural products processing enterprises should solve two problems: the first is to upgrade the quality of the original staff;the second is the introduction of high-quality personnel.Enterprises need to increase investment in compensation management,performance appraisal and staff train,in order to retain and enhance talent as well as providing personnel support for the transformation and upgrading of agricultural products processing.This paper studies the theory of enterprise transformation and upgrading,and analyzes the importance of human resources in the transformation and upgrading.In order to explore the transformation of Texas Agricultural Enterprises processing in human resources management practice,we studied 12 companies through the questionnaire from the aspects of performance appraisal,salary management,staff recruitment,training and employee career planning.The study found that Dezhou agricultural processing enterprises in the transformation and upgrading of the stage are adjusted to supporting the introduction of new technology and new talents to support enterprises strategic adjustment.The survey also found that there is no significant difference in the identity of the enterprise's employees in the enterprise's human resources management,and the enterprise's effort to strengthen the staff training can enhance the employee's sense of identity.In addition,the company's high profit does not support the high degree of human resources management,which means that the high profit enterprises in Dezhou agricultural products processing invest more in human resources management.In order to further improve the Texas Agricultural enterprise human resources management strategy,the article finally,from the optimal staffing structure,establish a scientific system of staff training,reasonable personnel recruitment fair performance assessment and perfect talent incentive mechanism.
