Risk management & control is a key process during project implementation.Risk management & control has a dominant influence on the success of project.Risk management is meant to risk recognition,risk analysis,risk response and control in a specific range project.The risk management would help to ensure the quality,capacity and timely of project.Therefore,risk management would help to improve the quality of product,reduce the failure rate and control the cost during the project of product development.It would help decision maker to make a decision when the project at a risk of high rate & serious consequences.Base on the result of risk analysis,the project would be stopped to prevent serious consequences or take necessary actions to mitigate the project risk.Effective risk management & control at different stage of project development,it is important to ensure the successful of project,cost containment and image building.The research for risk management is based on H company's X product development project and scientific management methods that analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively.Firstly,determine project scope base on X product development project.And then identify the risk factors which above average from amount of risk factor in three rounds expert investigation which base on Delphi Method.Then making a research for importance rate of risk factors base on AHP,comparing the risk factors from one to other.After getting the importance rate of each risk factor,make the rank of them and identify the major risk factors.Then,evaluating the major risk factors and the risk of whole X product development project which would help to make the decision of risk response and control according to using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and the importance rate of risk factors.Technical risk in X product development project is assessed as highest risk from the result of risk assessment.So as to achieve the purpose of risk management of X product development project,a measurement would be taken to reduce the probability of technical risk base on DFMEA method.
