| With the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei officially rise as a major national strategy,collaborative development of top-level design has been completed.The research is gradually entering the detailed,comprehensive and systematic phase.Collaborative innovation is a new trend in the development of science and technology innovation,regional collaborative innovation development of attention,makes one of the hot spots of theoretical research of innovation of cross regional innovation system has become the regional innovation system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,especially on the degree of coordination between regions in the measure,to grasp the overall situation of Beijing-TianjinHebei collaborative innovation the development and change of direction,promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.This paper takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional innovation system as the research object.Firstly,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of regional collaborative innovation,and provides theoretical support for regional coordinated development.Then the collaborative evolution of Beijing,Tianjin and innovation system development status described and analyzed,summed up the form of inter regional innovation system,and found the problems of Beijing,Tianjin and innovation system.Based on the development and exploration of innovation model,analysis of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regional innovation system development model,and Beijing,Tianjin and Beijing,Tianjin and Beijing,Tianjin and Beijing,Tianjin and Beijing,Tianjin and cross regional innovation system development phase.Finally,,Tianjin and cross regional innovation system evaluation and analysis,to build an innovation system evaluation index system,the use of factor analysis on the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regional innovation system for a comprehensive evaluation.The coupling coordination evaluation model is introduced,and the coupling coordination degree between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional innovation system is evaluated from two aspects of regional internal economic system and innovation system.The results show that the Beijing area is an open innovation model,and innovation activities focus on several key development areas.Tianjin and Hebei area for exploratory innovation mode,a wide range of technology development;evaluation of innovation ability of the region,found that the development level of innovation system in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei area increased year by year,but the level of development of the innovation system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is not balanced,the Beijing area of innovation and development in a leading position in the middle area of Tianjin the level of innovation system,the development level of Hebei area is the lowest,with Beijing and Tianjin area gap;from each region system coupling coordination degree,Beijing regional innovation system and economic system has reached a high degree of coordination coupling,Tianjin and Hebei area were moderate coordination coupling stage,increasing the coupling coordination degree was still around also;there are differences between the coupling coordination of regional innovation system,Beijing and Tianjin,Beijing and Hebei,Tianjin and Hebei And the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as a whole are in the development stage of antagonistic coupling.From the overall perspective,Beijing,Tianjin and cross regional innovation system is in the running in coupling phase,the system comprehensive coordinated development index increased year by year,the development level of each subsystem continues to improve,the growth rate is obvious. |
