Research On Collaborative Innovation Of Economic Development In Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei

The key influence factors on regional economic development include intelligence resource,innovation environment,and innovation ability.Under the knowledge economy era and the economy of new normal,collaborative innovation becomes an efficient way for innovation entities(e.g.governments,enterprises,colleges,research institutions,intermediary organizations,financial institutions)to deepen cooperation,integrate resources and improve innovation levels and competitive advantage.Collaborative innovation is also a major contribution to improving the overall competitive advantage of a region,such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei of China.Along with the progression of economic integration and collaborative development,collaborative innovation has become an important edge tool for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to overcome the development plight and create itself as the 'third growth pole' of economic development in China and a world-class city group.Thus,during the regional economic development,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei should take measures to integrate collaborative innovation strategies and improve overall competitiveness.In this work,firstly the concept,entities,characteristics,modes and other relevant knowledge of collaborative innovation were introduced,and then the theoretical basis was elaborated,including the theory of open innovation,theory of collaborative manufacturing,theory of labor division and cooperation,and theory of system integrity,which theoretically underlay the subsequent analyses and research.Secondly,the current situations of collaborative innovation during regional economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei were analyzed,and the tentative explorations and achievements were summarized.In particular,problems of collaborative innovation were introduced,including the severe industrial isomorphism,the blocked two-way flow of innovation resources,the large development gaps among three areas,and the low overall competitiveness.Also the causes for these problems were analyzed.Thirdly,the experiences of Silicon Valley in US,Ruhr Industrial Base of Germany,and Taejon of South Korea in science & technology innovation,risk investment,infrastructure,innovation environment and innovation cultures were introduced.On this basis,the inspirations were summarized for collaborative innovation during regional economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Finally,targeting at the above problems and based on experiences worldwide,the measures and suggestions on collaborative innovation of regional economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei were summarized from the perspectives of politics,industry and regimes.The collaborative innovation strategy,as the core part of collaborative development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,is an important mission to destroy regional administrative monopoly and trade barriers,integrate innovation resources,coordinate the principal benefits,and promote deeper collaboration and competitive advantage.The effective implementation of this strategy would fully utilize the industrial advantages of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and largely improve the complementary advantages and overall benefits.
