Research On The Selection Of Partners Among Enterprises Based On Innovative Ecosystem

Today,we have entered the "innovation ecosystem",the innovation scope has changed from "closed competition" to "open cooperation",innovation organization has changed from "integration" to "platform",and innovative behavior has changed from the "linear innovation" to "the emergence of innovation".In addition,the increasingly open market,the increasing complexity of high technology and the scarcity of innovative resources in the knowledge age make it difficult for any enterprise to innovate.It is not only needde to focus on innovation behavior within the enterprises,but also taking into account the effective collaboration innovation with other enterprises.Further,today's business competition has shifted from a single enterprise competition into a supply chain dispute,and then to the development of the ecosystem.Therefore,when enterprises innovate,they must shift from individual innovation mode to collaborative innovation and chain innovation mode,and choose the right partner based on the perspective of innovation ecosystem.To achieve resource integration and risk aversion,break the bottleneck of innovation resource shortage,and ultimately promote the sustainable development,endogenous growth and quality change of innovative ecosystems.Firstly,this paper chooses the typical domestic and foreign innovation ecosystem classic cases to analyze and preliminary summary the factors influencing the selection of enterprise partners based on the innovation ecosystem.Secondly,it analyzes the influencing factors of enterprise partner selection,including individual,environmental,and network elements.Thirdly,it analyzes and summarizes the mechanism of enterprise partner selection mechanism and enterprise partner selection path two aspects,and further enriches the framework of enterprise partner selection mechanism based on innovative ecosystem.Then,the intermediate indicators and evaluation indexes are added,and the hypothesis relation between the dependent variable,the intermediate variable and the evaluation variable is put forward and the corresponding theoretical model is constructed.The proposed model is tested and modified by the empirical method of Structural Equation Model.The results show that: the innovation subject and the innovation environment have a positive effect on the knowledge transfer effect;the innovation subject,the innovation environment and the social capital have a positive effect on the enterprise innovation performance;the knowledge transfer effect has a positive effect on the enterprise innovation performance;the enterprise innovation performance has a positive impact on the level of sustainable development;but there is no obvious relationship between network resources and knowledge transfer effect.Finally,combining with the result of the analysis,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions of "strengthening the carrier support of enterprise partner selection","strengthening the dominant position of enterprise partner selection" and "deepening the network embedding of enterprise partner selection".
