Compensation function including attracting,retaining and motivating employees,which main function is to fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees,encourage employees to use innovation talents,excavate potential,help enterprises to win the talent competition advantage.Compensation factor has become the key factors affecting the development of enterprises.This article selects the J company as a near the conversion of state-owned enterprises,facing the new situation such as policy adjustment and business down,show the market competitiveness is not strong,the staff's enthusiasm and initiative is not high.The main reason is have no obvious incentive pay system.Embodied in the same level employee income difference is small,the company technical personnel employment work insufficient emphasis,obvious effect of the performance appraisal security administration.J company to survival and development,now the most important thing is to optimize the existing compensation system adjustment.In this paper,the J company staff as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,the original compensation management system in-depth analysis,research and find out the root cause,then according to the J company characteristics,design a set of have the nature of state-owned enterprises and in accordance with J company's salary system characteristic of its own.At same time,on the basis of the theory of carding,hierarchy of J company and responsibility system,personnel salary status description and analysis,puts forward the existing problems and defects,and found the problem put forward targeted solutions.Plan has been clear about the job responsibilities,clarifying the responsibilities chaos and overlap;Classifying company manager outside workers;Actively promote the company staff of the title appraisal work;Compensation system design and performance evaluation,distribution,standard,evaluation cycle set of evaluation system,and the implementation of the new scheme and guarantee measures are put forward.
