In recent years,China's economic development has entered a new normal.The speed of development has turned from the high-speed to the medium speed.The measure of development has turned from depending on scale to depend on quality and efficiency.The economic structure has turned from by incremental scale to adjust the stock and optimize the incremental scale.Real economy has entered the depth of the adjustment period,especially in the industry,real estate and other heavy capital industry,a number of indicators are cooling trend.It gradually entered a mainstream trend of fluctuations and differentiation.In December 2015,the central economic work conference,the analysis of the current domestic and international economic situation,we should pay attention to lower production,inventory,deleveraging,reduce costs,and make up the short board five tasks.Also indirectly reflects during the reform of the economic,the decline of performance resulting in a substantial increase of non-performing assets and the rate of non-performing assets in the financial sector.In this context,the importance of Financial Asset Management Co has become increasingly prominent,take on the historical mission of Financial Asset Management Co also put forward higher requirements.How to use the measures effective,better and more appropriate to resolve the disposal of non-performing assets in China under the current risk macroeconomic background has being the important significance meaning.In this paper,through the combination of non-performing assets and non-performing assets disposal theory,under the background of Financial Asset Management Co,to do the research on KQ project's non-performing loans.By combining the research methods of case study and literature research,to analysis the ways of litigation recourse,insolvent,bankruptcy liquidation,term restructuring and debt transfer methods.The goal is to provide suggestions to X Financial Asset Management Co to dispose of the non-performing loans,and try to put forward the plan,in order to help resolve the non-performing loans as soon as possible,and hopes to provide reference implementation and operation suggestions for X Financial Asset Management Co and other Financial Asset Management Co in the future to disposal similar non-performing loans.
