The vigorous development of commercial fitness clubs in China,especially the various personalized marketing strategies,has attracted the research and strong attention of scholars from all walks of life.However,from the current literature on commercial fitness and entertainment in China,it is limited to the relevant theories,basic concepts,the current situation of the macro-angle,the overall management management method of the entertainment department,and the development of the sports industry.Theoretical research and exploration of general operational issues encountered in management and market general marketing strategies.There is a lack of specific research and practical operability research on commercial fitness clubs in different regions;lack of practical and practical research on relevant aspects of specific brand marketing management portfolio and organizational guarantee;lack of fitness The practicality of the club's development and its guiding strategic significance.Tiger Fitness Club is a privately-owned membership-based fitness and entertainment venue.It is located in the European and American gardens of Shihezi City.Since its official operation in January 2018,it has been adhering to the business philosophy of “customer first” and strictly follows international fitness services.The relevant standards of the industry adopt the domestic advanced market model and provide multi-faceted special services.In view of the fierce competition in Shihezi fitness market,in order to better develop the Tiger Fitness Club,this article takes Shihezi Tiger Fitness Club as an example.Taige Fitness Club analyzes the marketing status,how to carry out market segmentation and positioning,and develops perfect The research on marketing strategy,such as marketing mix strategy and effective implementation of safeguard strategy,is an important issue that needs to be solved.It has more important practical significance and research value.
