Study On The Analysis Of The Status Quo In Jingning Apple Industry And Strategy

Apple is the most important fruit in China.Jingning County is one of the most suitable areas for apple cultivation in the country,and it is also one of the main production areas of apples in Gansu Province.In recent years,with the support of many national policies,the apple industry in Jingning County has made important achievements.It is undeniable that due to factors such as location and extreme climate change,it still faces a series of serious ecological and environmental problems such as extensive production methods,excessive resource consumption,and land degradation.At present,the traditional small-scale farming mode is still the main mode,and the large-scale production is seriously insufficient,which is not conducive to the coordinated,healthy and sustainable development of the apple industry in the future.Therefore,clarifying the status quo and problems of apple industry development in Jingning County,revealing the influencing factors in the healthy development of apple industry,and then proposing strategies to effectively promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry,in order to provide theoretical support for the development of apple industry in Jingning County.This paper mainly discusses the development status and countermeasures of the apple industry in Jingning County.Firstly,it reviews and analyzes the current situation and development history of the apple industry in Jingning County.Secondly,it combines the SWOT model with the internal advantages,internal disadvantages and external opportunities of the apple industry development in Jingning County.External threats are analyzed systematically and comprehensively.Finally,based on the research status and SWOT matrix analysis,combined with the actual development needs of Jingning County and the strategy of promoting the development of apple industry in Jingning County is proposed.The following conclusions were obtained:From 2012 to 2016,the apple industry in Jingning County has developed rapidly.The planting area has increased from 56,700 hectares in 2012 to 77,100 hectares in 2016.The annual output of apples has increased from 450,000 tons in 2012 to 760,000 tons in 2018.From 5016 yuan in 2012 to 7939 yuan in 2016.Since 1986,the apple industry in Jingning County has experienced three stages of development: initial exploration,promotion and industrialization.Through the SWOT model,we can know the internal and external environment of Apple in Jingning County: 1)The internal advantages include geographical advantages,unique quality and brand advantages,rich labor resources and low production cost advantages,market production and sales advantages;2)internal disadvantages include uneven industrial layout,The breeding ability of new apple seedlings is backward and the cultivation mode is backward,the management level of orchard is lagging,the variety structure is single,the agricultural infrastructure is weak and the risk air defense capacity is insufficient,the technical strength is weak and the labor quality is low.3)The external opportunity has a policy environment to provide strong protection and ecology.The concept of civilized construction is widely promoted,the demand for local precision poverty alleviation,and the potential for industrial development are huge;4)external threats have increased uncertainty about the development environment,international trade “barriers” have competitive pressures on products in the same industry,and natural disasters.Based on the above research results,the development strategy of apple industry in Jingning County should be based on SO growth type and WO reverse type strategy,supplemented by ST diverse type and WT defensive strategy.Promote the development of apple industry in Jingning County through the following seven strategies: 1)promote the development of apple to large-scale expansion and industrialization;2)speed up the adjustment of apple variety structure in the direction of modern fruit industry;3)continue to increase the number of measures Promote marketing and enhance the competitiveness of the apple market;4)Focus on improving quality and efficiency,and improve the management level of the apple orchard;5)Expand and extend the apple industry chain to promote the transformation and upgrading of the apple industry;6)The combination of government and enterprise Promote the sustainable development of the apple industry;7)Improve the agricultural infrastructure and enhance the risk prevention and control capabilities.
