Research On The Innovation-driving Mechanism Of Rapid-growth Of High-tech Enterprises

Nowadays,the innovation-driving strategy is implemented in China.Based on its innovation activities,many high-tech enterprises are continuously improved the performances and become the star enterprise of high growth and be taken a positive lead in innovation-driving strategy.So,research on high-tech enterprise,especially its innovation and innovation performance is of important practical significance.This thesis discusses the relationship between innovation input and high-growth of high-tech enterprise based on integrated application of multidisciplinary approach,and focuses on the influence on high-growth from the input-output efficiency of innovation activity,the transforming efficiency of innovation achievements and continuous and steady innovation.The research contents of this thesis includes as following:(1)the thesis explains the definition and characters of high-tech enterprise.the definition,characters and criterion of high growth enterprise,the characters,means and models of high growth of high-tech enterprise.(2)Based on the analysis of the influence of high growth,innovation activities and innovation performance of high-tech enterprise,this thesis discusses the relationship between high growth and innovation of high-tech enterprise.(3)In order to make clear the influence on high-growth from the input-output efficiency of innovation activity,the transforming efficiency of innovation achievements and continuous and steady innovation,this thesis selects 16 high-tech enterprises and evaluates their efficiency based on DEA models.The innovation points of this thesis are described as following:(1)it constructs a DEA model to evaluate the input-output efficiency of innovation activity,which shows that the high growth is relative to the input-output efficiency of innovation activity of high-tech enterprises.(2)A DEA model to evaluate the transforming efficiency of innovation achievements is constructed,which reveals that the high growth is relative to the transforming efficiency of innovation achievements of high-tech enterprises.(3)Based on the trend of the input-output efficiency of innovation activity,this thesis discusses the relationship between high growth and continuous and steady innovation of high-tech enterprises.
