Research On Mechanism Of Promoting Scientific And Technological Achievements Transformation By Technology Intermediary

Recently,with the continuous innovation of science and technology and the continuous growth of scientific and technological achievements,the attendant problem is how to promote the scientific and technological achievements transformation.The transformation of S & T achievements is an important way for science and technology to influence economic growth,social progress and national security.It is also a key link to realize the close integration of science and technology and economy which gradually become a symbol of the level of national and regional scientific and technological development.As an integral part of the scientific and technological innovation system,technology intermediary is not only a bridge of technology providers and users,but also a catalyst for scientific and technological achievements transformation.However,in the process of the conversion of S & T achievements,there are still some problems need to be solved in China's technology intermediaries,such as the insufficiency of the function,the poor effect and so on.Therefore,it is focus of current research that mechanism of technology intermediary in achievements' transformation,and how to promote the conversion of S & T achievements.On the basis of relevant literatures,this research describes the transformation process and current situation,and explains that technical intermediary can solve the difficulty of achievements' transformation.Through mixing the specific effect of the technology intermediary on innovation and innovation chain,the function is summarized as the cognitive search,information communication,resource integration and achievement transformation.On this basis,this paper discusses the mechanism,constructs the theoretical model,and makes an empirical study.The results show that the cognitive search,information communication,resource integration andachievement transformation have a significantly positive impact on the transformation performance,the cognitive search,information communication,resource integration have a significantly positive impact on achievement transformation.This thesis consists of six parts.The 1st chapter expounds the purpose and significance of this study,sorts related research at home and abroad,introduces the research content and methods of this research,eventually shows the technical road map of this research memory.Second chapter mixs the theory of innovation system,technology transfer,and transaction cost,to provide a theoretical basis for the study of this research.The third chapter analyzes the process of achievements' transformation,sums up the functions of technology intermediary,such as cognitive search,information communication,resource integration and achievement transformation,which influences the transformation,the function mechanism is then analyzed,the several hypotheses are put forward and the theoretical model is constructed.In chapter 4,the research questionnaire is designed based on literature review and field research of enterprise which is tested in the small sample.Chapter 5 constructs the structural equation model to analyze the data,and discusses the results of the study in further detail.Finally chapter 6 summarizes the memory and points out the shortcomings of existing research and the future research direction.
