In recent years,the proportion of scientific and Technological Development in the national economic development is increasing,and improving the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities plays a vital role in the development of science and technology.From Cambridge University in Britain in the Cambridge Phenomenon to Stanford University in the United States in the Silicon Valley Miracle,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities plays an important role in economic development.Most countries or regions take improving the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities as an important measure in improving national innovation capacity.Private equity funds can effectively improve the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promote the implementation of national innovation and development strategy.Private equity investment fund,as an investment and financing institution with innovation and entrepreneurship as its main investment direction,has the expertise and strength to market high-tech projects.Many of the world's leading high-tech companies,such as Apple and Intel,have been supported by private equity firms in the development stage.In China,private equity funds have not done enough to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the investment direction is insufficient for the development and innovation of high-tech in the real economy,especially in some frontier areas of manufacturing industry.In the United States,private equity funds play an important role in the marketization and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.It has gradually shortened the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements from the past 20 years to about 10 years or even shorter.In the past literature,there are few studies on private equity funds to help the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities.This paper chooses Lanzhou Polytechnic University Science Park as the research sample,and helps Lanzhou Polytechnic University Science Park to improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements by setting up the Science and Technology Park Foundation of Lanzhou Polytechnic University(Private Equity Fund).Through the establishment of private equity funds to help universities achieve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,which has a certain reference significance.
