With the arrival of industrialized production era and post-industrialized era,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.The marketing strategy of enterprises has changed from "product-centered" to "customer-centered".How to provide customers with more efficient,convenient,low-cost services and stand out in the increasingly homogeneous product market competition and retain old customers then attract new customers have become the key to the success of manufacturing enterprises.This study takes Zhejiang Dun'an Intelligent Control Polytron Technologies Inc as the research object.Firstly,the internal and external environment faced by the company is analyzed.On the basis of the theory of customer relationship management and key customer relationship management,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview are used to study the Zhejiang Dun'an Intelligent Control Polytron Technologies Inc.The status quo and existing problems of customer relationship in the company are analyzed,and the causes of the problems are digged in depth.On this basis,the improvement strategies of CRM are put forward: to create a comprehensive CRM system with cooperation of universal CRM,key CRM and organizational CRM,to carry out differentiated management according to customer needs,to establish a project-based CRM system based on "iron triangle" and to strengthen the whole system,The construction of the customer relationship management team,to establish a process oriented integrated customer service platform.In order to ensure the implementation of the improvement strategy,this study also puts forward the corresponding management safeguards: to strengthen the construction of "customer-centered" corporate culture,to adjust the organizational structure of enterprises oriented by customer relationship management,to improve the existing software and hardware system of customer relationship management,and to establish a comprehensive customer relationship management team management mechanism.This study takes Zhejiang Dun'an Intelligent Control Polytron Technologies Inc as the research object and enriches the current research literature on customer relationship management for manufacturing enterprises,which also has a certain practical reference value for related enterprises in the same industry.
