| Aircraft development is an important embodiment of comprehensive national strength and core competencies,which developed with the characteristics of high technical difficulties,high product quality requirement and big knowledge density.In order to meet the development characteristics of aircraft,the “main manufacturer-suppliers” model is the best management model of civil aviation industry which is also used by Boeing Airbus and other giants of aircraft manufacturing industry.The main manufacture of aircraft in China developed with a short time,lack of subsystem key technology and managerial experience,poor in top level design and resource integration,cultivating domestic and international suppliers immaturely,which leads to the start-up stage of “main manufacturer-suppliers” model.The situation of main manufacturer directly affects the supplier's “attitude” in collaborative cooperation,that is willingness to cooperate and effort.When the supplier involves in cooperation with negative attitude,it will loss benefits.In order to motivate suppliers to follow actively the process of cooperation and develop the long-term strategic partnership,the main manufacturer will use appropriate incentive measures,such as information,risk,benefit sharing and so on,which encourages supplier to correct collaborative attitude and achieves a high degree of supply chain coordination.Therefore,this paper chooses the research on the incentive strategy of the weak main manufacture.Considering the linkage between the “ability” of the main manufacturer and the “attitude” of the supplier,and from the perspective of information asymmetry,incentive of profit distribution,restriction of effort,guidance of priority decision,incentive of order quantity to analyze the incentive strategy of weak main manufacturer.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In view of the structural characteristics of the cooperative supply chain of aircraft,the gap between the capability of the main manufacturer and the supplier directly affects the “attitude” of the supplier in the collaborative cooperation.In the consideration of the incentive effect of profit distribution and the induction to suppliers of incomplete information,to establish the incentive strategy model based on dynamic game in incomplete information,and analyzing the existence conditions of equilibrium strategies,and giving countermeasures to the weak main manufacturer which based on profit distribution.(2)In view of the characteristics of the collaborative cooperation with the “main manufacturer-suppliers” model,the main manufacturer set restriction of supplier's effort by positional advantages and considers the induction to suppliers of incomplete information and the incentive effect of profit distribution,to establish the effort strategy model based on dynamic game in incomplete information,and analyzing the effort strategy of the main manufacturer and the supplier,and giving countermeasures to the weak main manufacturer which based on positional advantages with integration of sensitivity analysis of aircraft case.(3)In the consideration of the guidance of weak main manufacturer's priority decision on the supplier decision-making,and the incentive effect of profit distribution and order quantity,to establish collaborativestrategy based on dynamic game in incomplete information.Analyzing the way by using the profit distribution and order quantity to encourage the supplier to participate actively in the cooperation,and giving countermeasures based on the analysis of the case and calculation results. |
