In the new era of rapid economic transformation and rapid development of science and technology,to survive,enterprises need to consider how to face peer competition,and how to cross the line of subversion and reconstruction.In order to develop an enterprise,it is necessary to take into account the reasonable training of innovative talents and seize opportunities and stand out in a competitive environment which is full of complexity and uncertainty.Mentoring relationship,becomes the important process of employee training;Innovation,is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of enterprise survival and development.The innovative behavior embodies the realization of employee's self-value in the organization or the enterprise.If the innovation behavior of employees can be realized through establishing the mentoring relationship,there will be a mutually beneficial and win-win model for both enterprises and employees.In this study,203 employees of enterprises in south China were selected as the research objects,and the mentoring relationship was taken as the starting point to explore the path of employees' innovative behaviors.On the basis of a lot of reading literature,it is clear about mentoring relationship,job embeddedness,self-leadership and innovative behavior in front of the definition,structure,scale and aftereffect.Through the method of expert interview,literature analysis and questionnaire investigation,the internal mechanism of mentoring relationship,self-leadership,job embeddedness and innovative behavior are analyzed and discussed respectively.Through statistics method,the paper proves six points.These points are as follows:(1)Mentoring relations have a positive influence on innovative behavior;(2)Mentoring relations have a positive influence on employee's job embeddedness;(3)Job embeddedness has a positive influence on employee's innovative behavior.;(4)Mentoring relations influence innovative behavior through job embeddedness;(5)The level of employee's self-leadership plays a moderating role in mentoring relations influencing job embeddedness;(6)The level of employee's self-leadership can moderate the mediator of job embeddedness.Based on the situation of enterprises in China,this study constructs a new mechanism model of mentoring relationship,self-leadership,job embeddedness and innovation behavior as the research framework on the theory of human resource management and organizational behavior.It not only enriches the research on the causal relationship of the 4 variables,but also provides a more perfect theoretical basis for the research on the path of employees' innovative behaviors.In the management and practice of enterprises,it provides a theoretical basis for identifying and cultivating talents with innovative behaviors,and helps enterprises accelerate the innovation process.
