After years of rapid growth,the herbal tea industry has entered a period of slow growth.J company is the only production and processing enterprise of cold tea concentrated juice under the J group.The problem of human resource management strategy in the high speed development stage is becoming more and more prominent,the human cost is high,the problem of low management efficiency can not be ignored.Through this study,a practical strategy is formulated to provide guidance for the human resources management of J company,and to provide a more powerful guarantee for improving the competitiveness of the enterprise and defending the status of the leader of J group.First of all,through the study of human resource management diagnosis theory and the "5P" management model at home and abroad,this paper provides theoretical support for the formulation of human resource management strategy of J company.Then,it expounds the current situation of human resource management in J company,adopts the questionnaire survey method in the diagnosis theory,and designs the questionnaire with the Likert scale as a tool.Through the analysis of the satisfaction survey data,we find out the problems in the human resource management of J company,and analyze the causes of the problems.Finally,according to the status of J company,the human resource strategy and safeguard measures suitable for the J company are formulated.This study found that the main problems of J company are not high attention to human resources planning,performance assessment,unreasonable salary management and imperfect promotion mechanism.The outstanding problems are the high cost of human resources,performance assessment,lack of incentive for salary management,flow in form,shortage of professional skills and personnel,staff The satisfaction is low.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes that J company should optimize the planning of human resource management,set up a strategic awareness of human resources management,strengthen the function of human resources management,optimize the existing structure process,perfect the position system,establish a scientific performance appraisal system,and build a public performance appraisal.Open and fair performance appraisal process supervision mechanism,optimize the salary management system,enrich the basic salary salary structure,establish the incentive mechanism of the performance salary,the reward mechanism of scientific research results,the renewal mechanism of the salary management system,pay attention to the development of talent management,and strengthen the internal staff through the establishment of an open and fair internal competition platform.Rotation,promote the dual channel of management and technology promotion,optimize the staff training system and other measures to improve the staff promotion and promotion channels,promote the development of talents,retain professional skills talents,create a learning enterprise culture,keep the momentum for the development of J company.
