The X client management project of G company is a client focused on the whole country.It is the product of the Internet era and the epitome of promoting the development of the era.This paper takes X client management project of G company as the case,combines mature quality management theory and important work experience,analyzes the key influencing factors of quality management and their hierarchical relations through qualitative and quantitative methods,and studies the key influencing factors of quality management in X client management project of G company.Through project investigation and literature reading,through collecting,sorting and research results about project quality management theory,on the PMBOK management theory research,in the company of G X client management project implementation case analysis as the background,combining scientific and quantitative research methods,research the influence G company X client management project quality management of the key factors.Firstly,through literature search and field investigation of X client project of G company,data induction query,etc.X client status and business development.In terms of research structure,this paper mainly carries out research analysis at three levels.First,expert group members are organized to identify and refine model elements.Ten expert members respond positively and quickly to each round of research.Second,use(AHP)to analyze and compare the key factors of quality management in X client project management,compare the quality management system,and find out the 10 key decision unit factors with the most research value.Thirdly,the paper applied the interpretation structure model(ISM)to the structural analysis of 10 elements and found the correlation and promotion relationship among the key factors.Business value evaluation system composition: analyze the three perspectives of customers,partners and mobile,so as to enrich and explore the business indicators that can be analyzed.In order to ensure the availability and usability of the software,we need to build a logical key factor model and obtain scientific evaluation results by abstract analysis of key business data.
