How can IT operation and maintenance services be stable,reliable,fast and low cost to the enterprise,so that it can focus their resources on their own core competitiveness,to make it in an invincible position in the fierce market competition,has become a key factor in IT operation and maint.I company is a domestic private enterprise engaged in the cultivation,research and development,production and sale of Chinese herbal medicine.Since its establishment,the company has maintained rapid growth.For the rapid development of auxiliary business better,and provide a stable system operation environment,I company needs to fully understand the process of the implementation of the risk factors in the operation and maintenance services,and effective evaluation and standardization of IT service management.This paper identifies the risk factors faced by I company's IT operation and maintenance service project based on grounded theory.Using three implement projects of I company as samples,and I company and service provider's own management interview way to collect the original data,and to collect data coding construction theory,identify 30 risk factors and risk factors in construction project management,technology management,resource management three dimensions model.Secondly,using the AHP analytic hierarchy process,calibrated and evaluated identified risk factors,calculate the weights of various risk factors and sort,obtain the top 10 key risk factors for the implementation of operation and maintenance services: cognitive ability / inconsistent and unstable / broken service,resources can not be in place on time,policies and regulations / rules impact of the project,project scope change,does not meet the project requirements,project budget,human negligence,shortage of human resources and quality assessment standards are not perfect / imperfect.Finally,using the ISM analytical method of structural model,to analysis the structural relationship between the 10 key risk factors,created a 4 layer hierarchical analytical structural model for I company IT operation and maintenance services.the lowest layer is the root cause,it has 3 factors : cognitive ability / inconsistent,project budget lack of project scope changes,and the I company IT service project implementation risk factor measures are introduced and explained.In a word,based on grounded theory and project risk management theory,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and constructs interpretive structure model(ISM),reached I company project implementation risk factors of IT operation and maintenance services,evaluation identified 30 risk factors and select the top 10 key risk factors for weight,construct the interpretation structure model for it,to identify and manage the risks of project risk effectively,reduce or avoid the risk of possible losses,the implementation of continuous improvement management plays an important role in the operation and maintenance services,the implementation of a reference for other enterprise IT operation and maintenance services.
