Investigation And Analysis On The Construction Of Corporate Culture Of GF Securities

With the development of the securities industry,it has played a more and more important role in national economy.In particular,after China Securities Regulatory Commission had relax control over the securities company,by means of strengthening supervision and encouraging innovation,the securities industry and securities company can meet the best development opportunities in history.With the management on enterprise culture to promote the development of domestic securities company,so as to catch up with the international first-class investment bank and seize the rare historical opportunity,which should be the subject of every securities company that has to think about.In this paper,it makes an analysis on the present situation of the enterprise culture construction of GF Securities as well as the existing problems,based on the consideration of guaranteeing the validity of,in the study,it adopts the methods of having interview and questionnaire survey,so as to obtain the relevant data,and then based on the related data of GF Securities,it proposed the countermeasures and coping strategies in the enterprise culture construction to deal with the existing problems.From the specific contents,this paper can be divided into five parts,the first chapter is the introduction part,explaining the background and significance of the research,and the research progress of human resources both at home and abroad,the connotation of enterprise culture,the elements and structure as well as the research methods has been summarized;the second chapter is the present situation of the enterprise culture construction in GF Securities,first of all,it introduced the basic situation of the construction of enterprise culture of the securities industry,the basic situation of GF Securities and enterprise culture of GF Securities were described;the third part is the analysis part of the problems and the reasons for the construction of enterprise culture of GF Securities,firstly,this paper adopts the methods of having interview and questionnaire survey,so as to obtain the relevant data,and then based on the related data of GF Securities,it pointed out the problems that existed in GF Securities as for the enterprise culture construction,moreover,it made further analysis on the forming causes of the previous problems;the fourth part is the countermeasures part of improving enterprise culture construction that GF Securities adopted,it discussed the developing route of constructing the enterprise culture in GF Securities from the following four aspects respectively,namely,from the establishment of enterprise culture construction,knowledge model,improving the construction of enterprise culture system,enriching enterprise culture factor and strengthening enterprise culture landing;the fifth part is the conclusion part of the paper,the content are summarized,and the research conclusions as well as the existing deficiencies are summarized.Through the author's own making survey on the construction of GF Securities enterprise culture,taking the creative principle as the starting point to build the construction of enterprise,namely,the construction of knowledge,attitude and practice system,creating the construction system of enterprise culture according to the principle of system,enriching the factors of enterprise culture according to the strategic principle,strengthening the landing of enterprise culture according to the dynamic principle,so as to provide strong cultural support for the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.At the same time,I hope this paper can provide reference for the construction of enterprise culture,even the construction of enterprise culture in all the securities industry and financial industry,as well as the other companies.
