Take T Company As An Example To Study The Patent Operation Performance Evaluation Of Small And Medium Technology-based Enterprises

After the 21 st century,with the social economy presents the characteristics of knowledge and technology,China has been committed to building an innovative country.In the context of encouraging the construction,small and medium technology-based enterprises focus on R&D,enhance technical research and development efficiency,so that them get strongly supported by the government and become the main body of technological innovation.But small and medium technology-based enterprises have poor independent ability and low antirisk ability,patent operational capability become the key factor that affects them development.Patent research of small and medium-sized enterprises have always been a problem widely concerned by scholars,but for small and medium technology-based enterprises which is a special type of small and medium-sized enterprises,scholars just pay a little attention to it.On the one hand,the literature mainly studies from the perspective of patent pledge financing and patent risk.At the same time,the literature of the patent operational performance evaluation studies from the national level or provincial level for macroscopic analysis and by the high technology industry as the research object.Almost no specific focus on small and medium technology-based enterprises patent operation performance evaluation.But in practice,the level of patent operation performance evaluation is very important for the development of small and medium technology-based enterprises and the development of patent value.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to take T company as an example to study the patent operation performance evaluation of small and medium technology-based enterprises.This article takes the patent operation performance evaluation of small and medium technology-based enterprises as the research object.By analyzing existing literature research,this article combs the connotation of small and medium technology-based enterprises,patent operation and patent operation performance evaluation.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,this paper build the evaluation system for the patent operation performance evaluation of small and medium technology-based enterprises from research and development of the early stage of the patent,patent output and patent market three dimensions.On the basis of T company patent operation status,this paper make a empirical study on the weight of each factor.In the end,the paper puts forward that the patent operation performance of T company should be improved from three aspects.First of all,T company should pay more attention to the pre-patent research and development and increase the expenditure of new product development.Then T company should strengthen the management of scientific research activities and improve the number of effective inventions.Last but not least,T company should strengthen patent market operation to improve the market share and profit margin of patent products.
