Under the current trend of domestic power market internationalization,domestic companies face increasing competition pressure from international companies.Customer's consumption behavior has been developed from the past single consideration of product quality to the step of the quality and its after-sales service,even some customers consider the after-sales service quality as the primary factor.The competition in the market has been gradually transferred from product quality to after-sales service.Therefore,the research on after-sales service is very important to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,the characteristics of the after-sales service of the automatic control system of thermal power plant were studied.The problems existing in the after-sales service of the thermal power plant control and protection system of D company were analyzed.Some improvement ideas and solutions based on modern after-sales service concept and theory were proposed for the problems.It is proposed that the D company should adhere to the concept of customer satisfaction to improve the after-sales service quality and optimize after-sales service system.The optimization involves service system improving,model innovation,professional staff preparation,scientific management and so on.This paper elaborates on the optimization of after-sales service management system from three aspects-D company's organizational structure,service systems and service processes,then suggests setting up service network throughout the country to improve the service system.The schemes to enhance the service quality and competitiveness of the company with the scientific management and model innovation are also proposed by this thesis.In view of the company,there are a certain number of foreign customers need after-sales service,this paper suggests establishing the company's foreign customers service department and team to strengthen foreign after-sales service work and expand the international market.The improvement programs and measures proposed in this paper are of reference value for the company to improve after-sales service quality.It's also available for reference by other relevant companies.
