Along with the fast development of social media and mobile internet technology,the recruitment form of enterprises gradually shifted from traditional job fairs and recruitment websites to social recruitment.On the one hand,Social networking recruitment is the innovation and development of traditional network recruitment.On the other hand,It also has the disadvantage of traditional website.In the current mobile Internet environment,the traditional recruitment channels and social network recruitment channels are intertwined with old and new issues,and the recruitment of enterprises faces unprecedented challenges.This study focuses on enterprise recruitment channels in mobile Internet environment.By reading a large number of domestic and foreign scholars,this study summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional recruitment channels and social network recruitment channels.The study analyzed the enterprise recruitment issue in mobile Internet environment.On the one hand,we provide four suggestions for social network recruitment channel as follow: build an excellent brand of employer on Wechat;combine social recruiting with traditional recruiting channels;training on the actual operation of social recruitment media;establish and improve the advance warning plan for the needs of human resource.On the other hand,we also provide two suggestions for traditional recruitment issue in mobile Internet environment as follow: perfect the target positioning mechanism of enterprises;use network assessment tools correctly.Theoretical research significance of this study is that by studying the mobile Internet environment enterprise social recruitment and traditional recruitment channel;enrich the domestic enterprise recruitment channels research,especially in the area of social recruitment channels.The hope is that it will help companies better use emerging recruitment methods.The practical significance of this study lies in how to establish effective new communication methods between job seekers and modern recruitment enterprises in the mobile Internet environment.It also provides a reference for enterprises to build new recruitment strategies.The possible innovation point of this study is the comprehensive analysis of enterprise recruitment channel in mobile Internet environment.The study also provide some suggestion that how to maximize the advantages of social recruitment and traditional recruitment channels.The conclusion of this study is from the investigation and analysis of a large number of sample enterprises,which has a high reference value for domestic enterprises.
