In recent years,with the rapid development of automobile industry,especially the China brand automobile's company,more and more people use automobile,but the quality of automobile product is not enough good,which is the worst problem in the automobile aftermarket,the quality of automobile product effects automobile users' safety?comfort and pleasure,also effects auto companies' world of mouth?sales volume and profit,improvement of quality and meeting customers' satisfaction are auto companies' eternal topic.Based on the theory of Lean Six Sigma,the research of this paper consists of the origin of Lean Six Sigma,the essence of Lean Six Sigma,the method of Lean Six Sigma and the development trend of Lean Six Sigma.Based on D Motor Corporation,the paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of implementing Lean Six Sigma in D Motor Corporation,introduces the system of Lean Six Sigma,presents the DMAIC steps of a quality improving project,points out the achievement and deficient of Lean Six Sigma in D Motor Corporation.By theory analysis and case study of D Motor Company,this paper demonstrates Lean Six Sigma can connect and manage projects and goals of organization level?process level and position level,perfect regulations and procedures are the premise of successful Lean Six Sigma's project,successful Lean Six Sigma's projects are the guarantee of Lean Six Sigma's effective implement,thus improve the quality of automobile product and the performance of organization.The results in this paper have reference value for Auto manufacturing company to implement Lean Six Sigma.
