Research On FDI Of Producer Service Industry In Hebei

As a traditional manufacturing province,Hebei Province is facing a serious test of the coordination of development of economic and environmental protection.Under the great pressure of environment protection,the traditional developing mode cannot be insisted.Instead,adjusting the industrial structure and upgrading the manufacture are becoming the main task of the government.With the specialization of manufacturing,producer service becomes an independent industry gathering a lot of knowledge and human resources.Owing to the close relationship with manufacturing,producer service plays an important role in upgrading manufacturing and optimizing the structure of industry.So,an important way for Hebei to meet the challenge is to develop producer service,which can increase the proportion of the service industry and optimize manufacturing.Since it's not easy for Hebei to change the unfavorable situation of producer service by itself,Hebei should introduce foreign capital which has been a growing trend all over the world.In this paper,the theories of the producer service are introduced firstly.Then the paper summarizes advanced experiences at home and abroad,in order to provide enlightenment for the improvement of the investment work in Hebei Province.The status of producer service of Hebei province has been described thoroughly including the level of development,regional distribution and the degree of industry fusion.According to the situation of FDI in Hebei,the author summarizes three aspects of problems: total,structure and quality.And then in order to analyze the causes and have a deep understand of the factors,the paper analyzes six factors such as market,manufacturing FDI,infrastructure,human power and technology with the method of linear regression.At last,base on the analysis,we give some suggestions about how to solve the problems in introducing producer service FDI in Hebei province from government work,policy support,enterprise driven,regional advantages,and science & technology.We hope to fully mobilize the power of the government and enterprises to attract foreign companies and create a good environment for producer service industry.The ultimate goal is to develop Hebei's producer service industry,upgrade the structure of industry and optimize manufacturing by the aid of foreign capital of producer services.
