After the reorganization of the telecommunications,Unicom and telecom China Mobile China form the competition pattern of a situation of tripartite confrontation.As the communication market has huge potential consumption in the telecommunications market,three telecommunications operators has always been the focus on the market competition in the University in Jinan.As the concentration area,if Jinan Mobile can snatch and promote the market share in universities,it is vitally related to operators in Jinan area communication share.Therefore,it is crucial to improve the market share in universities for Jinan mobile in on the basis of maintaining the existing brand and market advantage,the optimizing its marketing strategy,and taking its competitive advantage of its own brand.At the same time,through developing effective marketing strategies to break the original balance in terms of competition,it is of great significance for Jinan Mobile.Taking Jinan Mobile marketing in universities as the research object,through applying marketing theory and analysis method such as pest tools and SWOT,the marketing environment,the advantages and disadvantages were comprehensively analyzed,and the arguments were provided for Jinan Mobile differentiated marketing strategy.Secondly through literature review,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and other research methods,the topic were in-depth study.Taking the research data as the basis,the requirement and current situation of the Jinan University mobile market were analyzed in-depth,so as to provide support for the marketing strategy design.Finally,based on the analysis and research,from the product,price,channel,promotion four aspects put forward the marketing strategy of Jinan mobile in design and implementation of security market.Finally,on the basis of analysis and research,from seven aspects of product,price,channel,promotion,people,process and physical evidence etc.,the marketing strategy and the implementation of security for Jinan mobile in University market were proposed.
