Study On Allocation Efficiency Of Resource Factors Of Grain Crop Production In Jilin Province

Jilin Province is one of the 13 main grain producing areas in China and is an important commodity grain base.Since the reform and opening up,Jilin Province's grain sown area and production accounted for the continuous increase in the national ratio.Therefore,it plays a significant role in protecting national food security.Arable land resources,water resources,agricultural technology,agricultural labor force factors are the necessary conditions for the production of food crops,and the proportion of input and allocation seriously affect the production of food crops.However,with China's integration into the world food market,especially in recent years,international food prices have fallen,and the production of grain in Jilin Province is high output,high consumption,high cost and high pollution,which restricts the competitive ability of grain production in Jilin Province.How to adapt to the change of market environment and improve the competitiveness of grain production,is a major task for grain production in Jilin Province under the new strategy of grain security.To effectively improve the competitiveness of grain production in Jilin Province,there are three ways:(1)comprehensively develop the internal potential of grain production,(2)improve the efficiency of resource utilization of grain production,(3)reduce the production cost of grain.Therefore,improving the allocation efficiency of grain production resource factors can enhance the competitiveness of grain.The contents of this paper mainly include the following parts:Firstly,analysis of the present situation and problems of resource allocation of grain crop production in Jilin Province.This paper analyzes the present situation of the production resources of food crops and the characteristics and differences of the factors of production resources of these crops,starting from the four factors of production resources,such as cultivated land resources,water resources,agricultural technology and agricultural labor factors.It is found that the production opportunity cost of food crops is high,which is very dependent on these four kinds of production resources,and the cultivated land resources are "reused and lightly raised",the water resources are lack and the pollution is serious,the agricultural technology is relatively backward,and the quality of agricultural labor factors is low.Secondly,quantitative analysis of the allocation efficiency of resource factors of food crops production.According to the 2006-2016 panel data of Jilin Statistical Yearbook,this paper calculates the efficiency of resource allocation of grain crop production in Jilin Province by using the Dea-malmquist index.According to 284 questionnaires,a random frontier production function(SFA)was used to calculate the grain crops in Jilin Province(corn,rice,soybean.The efficiency of production resource factor allocation,it is learned that there is a big difference in the allocation efficiency of grain production resources between different regions in Jilin Province,and the production efficiency of farmers is not high.Thus,in order to improve the efficiency of resource allocation of food crops,it becomes extremely important to improve the resources of grain production.Thirdly,comparison and analysis of allocation efficiency of grain production resource in various regions of Jilin Province,study on the scheme of optimizing configuration,and putting forward proposals.
