Customer relationship management has become a vital management activity in today's banking marketing,and is constantly refreshing the current level of corporate management.It requires banks to adhere to customer-centric,through the use of various modern information technology to explore the information resources related to customer behavior,by identifying high-net-worth customers,analyzing customer differences,maintaining benign contacts,personalized services.We will meet the needs of our own customer base in an all-round way to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty and achieve long-term profitability.At present,all banks in the market basically have a set of effective customer management systems,but they often lack the corresponding evaluation of the efficiency,advantages and disadvantages of the customer management system.Therefore,for Dinghai Ocean Rural Commercial Bank,the performance of customer relationship management Evaluation research has very important practical significance.Based on the actual situation of Dinghai Ocean Rural Commercial Bank,this paper establishes a new customer relationship management performance evaluation system based on historical performance evaluation system.Through the statistics of various indicators in the system,the comprehensive score is obtained,which is the performance evaluation of Dinghai Ocean Rural Commercial Bank 's implementation of customer relationship management.Based on this,it summarizes the shortcomings of Dinghai Ocean Rural Commercial Bank in the aspects of management technology,products,human resources and market recognition in customer relationship management activities.Combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis,it proposes corresponding improvement measures.It will help managers at all levels to find themselves more correctly in their daily management work,ensure the progress and validity of management activities,and provide feasibility advice for the follow-up of management work to enhance the sustainable development of enterprises in the market.
