With the rapid development of the real estate industry for more than ten years,the basic outlook and living environment of enterprises in the real estate industry have changed dramatically.At the same time,competition and differentiation between these enterprises are increasing.Also,the internal structure and management of these enterprises have been changing within their own development process.At present,the domestic real estate industry has gradually entered a mature and stable stage of development,and the competition among enterprises has been transformed from the competition of capital and market in the early time to the competition of management ability and human resources.In this process,the majority of SMEs in the real estate industry are facing more severe pressure of survival and development.The author has been worked in a large state-owned comprehensive corporation in various positions of administrative and human resource management both in the group and the subordinate real estate company for many years,who has the personal experience of human resource management in SMEs in the real estate industry.Based on the summary of the author's years of experience in human resource management,a lot of literature research,and long-term interview with the human resources experts and enterprise managers,the author selected “performance management” as the breakthrough point,and studied the human resource management of SMEs in the real estate industry.This thesis firstly clarified the concept,significance,applied method,index design and other major theoretical issues of performance management,also established the main dimension of interpretation analyzing performance management system,analyzed the performance management system of benchmarking enterprise,and compared the differences in performance management within different scale enterprises.On the basis of the above analysis,the actual problems of performance management of SMEs in the real estate industry were sorted out.According to the changes in the external environment and internal management in different stages of development,this thesis discussed the evolution and the establishment of performance management system of SMEs in the real estate industry,dealt with key points of system design,and solved common problems during system operation by combining with the actual case of the construction of the performance management system in ZDKF company.Combing the performance management with the corporate strategy,the application of this case study had played an obvious positive role in the management of ZDKF company,and provided reference samples for relevant enterprises in the real estate industry by using methods of key performance indicators,balanced scorecard,and contribution assessment.At the same time,it also provided some new and clear perspectives and ideas for managers to understand and interpret the performance management system.The whole study process aims to explore the fundamental purpose and implementation path of performance management by presenting and explaining a case.
