With the rapid development of China's pharmaceutical industry,the State Department of pharmaceutical administration upgrades the quality management standard of the regulations,which put forward higher requirements of equipment management.Key equipment overhaul project is the core of production for pharmaceutical companies,the pharmaceutical enterprises of equipment maintenance quality and maintenance cost,repair time and multiple targets are also raised to an unprecedented height,and pharmaceutical equipment overhaul project multi-objective optimization requirements have paid more attention.From the current situation of pharmaceutical key equipment overhaul,the importance is discussed in this thesis,literature data and theoretical reference at home and abroad related equipment overhaul project,analyzes several key objectives of overhaul project of key equipment in pharmaceutical industry.Based on the technical route of formulation of the multi-objective decision-making model is established,and this model applied to the overhaul project of an enterprise in the decision-making is analyzed as an example.The creative points: first,according to the characteristics of pharmaceutical key equipment overhaul project,based on the analysis of the qualitative and quantitative relationship between time steps,equipment overhaul costs,overhaul quality,using network technology to build the maintenance time optimization model,the formation of maintenance quality-maintenance cost the new network quality index model.Secondly,the model of equipment maintenance cost and maintenance time are improved,and the maintenance time is optimized by network technology,the quantitative model is established between the key equipment maintenance overhaul program data in the history of time,quality and cost based as the base number for evaluation,according to the preferences of decision makers choose the relative optimal plan.Third,the quality characteristics of immune genetic algorithm to improve particle swarm algorithm,combined with the shrinkage factor of the particle swarm optimization algorithm with excellent immune genetic particle algorithm,the algorithm builds a multi-objective decision optimization model of the quality of key equipment overhaul time-cost – quality.Finally,the multi-objective decision-making model is applied to an optimization of a pharmaceutical key equipment overhaul project instance of the improved algorithm.The results demonstrate the validity and practicability of the improved algorithm model to realize the maintenance project multi-objective optimization decision based on the operation of the model.
