National audit is the "immune system" of public power operation,which plays an increasingly important role in strengthening anti-corruption and improving national governance and so on.County ruled,the world security,the county level at the junction of the key link.The leading cadres of party and government in the district and county are the "one hand" of a regional party committee and government.They carry out the important responsibilities of promoting economic and social development in the region.At the same time,they make decisions on the use of public resources,state-owned assets and financial funds in the district and county,exercising the important power given by the state and the peopleUnder the background of large data,this paper uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the economic responsibility audit of the district leader in Tianjin M district,focusing on M district chief economic responsibility data audit.By describing the basic situation of M district chief economic responsibility audit and other basic conditions,this paper analyzes the overall data audit,financial data audit and cross-sectoral data audit and so on,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of current county economic responsibility audit work.Based on the empirical research,the article continuously enriches the relevant theory of district and county Chief's economic responsibility data audit and puts forward the suggestion of perfecting the audit of economic responsibility of county Chief under the background of big data.Under the supervision of auditing,the leading cadres in districts and counties have played a greater role in the power running.It is of great significance to promote the social and economic development of the district and county and to realize the modernization of state governance.
