How to promote Employee innovative behavior is a hot point which the majority of the enterprises are concerned about.The essence of entrepreneurship is innovation.Enterprises provide spiritual support to employees through entrepreneurial spirit,and it can produce effective and long-term motivation to employees.At present,the research of the Effects of Entrepreneurship on Employee Innovative Behavior,in china,is still in the development stage.Most previous studies are discussing the influence of entrepreneurial spirit on firm performance and how to cultivate entrepreneurial spirit,and the behavior of employees has rarely been studies.In my paper,the study on entrepreneurial spirit theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs and social exchange theory,on the base of the previous study,research on the relationship between entrepreneurial spirit and Employee Innovative Behavior,mediating effect analysis based on organizational commitment.In this paper,firstly,I reviewed the revelent literature of entrepreneurial spirit,organizational commitment and employee innovation behavior.Then construct the research model and put forward the theoretical hypothesis,using SPSS22.0 to conduct empirical research.This paper through a small sample test to verify the reliability level of the questionnaire,and amend the measurement clause;in a large sample test,through descriptive statistics,test of normality,reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis to verify the effectiveness of the questionnaire and sample data;through T test and ANOVA test,to test the difference of the control variables between entrepreneurial spirit,organizational commitment and employee innovative behavior of two-dimensional;and through correlation analysis and linear regression analysis method,clarify the causal relationship between the variables.Finally,the main conclusions are:(1)The entrepreneurial spirit of collective innovation,share cognition,taking on the risk altogether and aggressive cooperation has a significant positive impact on the creation of innovative ideas;the entrepreneurial spirit of collective innovation,share cognition,taking on the risk altogether and aggressive cooperation have significant positive influence on the implementation of innovative ideas.(2)The entrepreneurial spirit of collective innovation,taking on the risk altogether and aggressive cooperation has a significant positive impact on the organizational commitment;the organizational commitment has a significant positive impact on the creation of innovative ideas and the implementation of innovative ideas.(3)The effect of entrepreneurial spirit,collective innovation,taking on the risk altogether and aggressive cooperation,on the creation of innovative ideas was partially mediated by organizational commitment;The effect of entrepreneurial spirit,aggressive cooperation,on the implementation of innovative ideas was partially mediated by organizational commitment;The effect of entrepreneurial spirit,collective innovation and taking on the risk altogether,on the implementation of innovative ideas was totally mediated by organizational commitment;There is no mediating effct between the effect of entrepreneurial spirit,share cognition,on employee innovative behavior of two dimensions by organizational commitment.(4)Employees of different degrees have significant differences in the employee innovation behavior;different work experiences have significant differences in the organizational commitment;the staff of different positions in entrepreneurial spirit and innovative ideas generated significant difference.But Gender,firm size and corporate establishment time have no significant impact on organizational commitment and employee innovation behavior.
