Putian's modern shoemaking industry has become an extremely important part of the city's industrial system since its development in the 1980s.With the deepening of the industry segmentation,a large number of small and medium-sized footwear enterprises emerged and occupied a pivotal position in Putian modern footwear industry system.Putian QS Shoes Co.,Ltd.is located in Putian City,although it has achieved a relatively high level of automation,but its workshop production still occupies a higher proportion of manual production,so it still reflects the characteristics of labor-intensive industries.As a small and medium-sized footwear enterprises,there is always a large number of employment needs,especially for high-level grass-roots workshop workers.However,the serious shortage of work has caused the insufficient production capacity of Putian QS Shoe Co.,Ltd.,which leads to the difficulty of standardization,quality control and technical training.Many of these problems originated from the "difficult employment" problem of small and medium-sized footwear enterprises.Eventually,the quality of the employees in the enterprises and the workshops declined year by year,which led to the recurrence of the problem into a vicious circle.By inquiring all kinds of literature and analogizing the employment situation of small and medium-sized footwear enterprises,this paper finds that there is a common phenomenon of "adverse selection" among workers in grass-roots workshop of small and medium-sized footwear enterprises in Putian.Previous studies on this phenomenon mainly focus on the financial,insurance and other fields,in addition,in the field of human resources is more research on the adverse selection of middle managers,in the grass-roots workers in the phenomenon of adverse selection highlighted inadequate.This paper focuses on the adverse selection problem of workers in Putian QS Shoe Industry Co.,Ltd.In view of the adverse selection phenomenon in Putian QS Shoe Industry Co.,Ltd.,this paper investigates the shoemakers by distributing questionnaires.Try to analyze the reasons for this phenomenon and propose measures to deal with the phenomenon.Based on the theory of adverse selection,the interaction between the managers and the managed workers in the workshop of Putian small and medium-sized footwear enterprises is analyzed.The characteristics of the interaction and the internal contradictions between the two sides in the management process are analyzed,and the problems of adverse selection are revealed.This paper designs a management-due-diligence-data analysis model which takes the degree of employee input and the degree of employee's due diligence as endogenous variables under the assumption that enterprise management is effective.The model incorporates factors such as output,yield,management cost and penalty to form a management-due-data analysis model.The critical value of the influence of enterprise management investment on workers'due diligence and the approximate proportion of workers' adverse selection under the model are given.The model is used as a reference for the actual management of workshop workers in Putian QS Shoe Industry Co.,Ltd.On this basis,according to the difference between the rate of good products and the quality of workers in the actual production,the formula for calculating the deviation between the degree of adverse selection of workers and the management objective of enterprises is deduced,so as to guide the management of Putian QS Shoe Co.,Ltd.This article should be able to Putian small and medium-sized footwear enterprises workshop workers management play a certain help and suggestions.At the same time,SMEs in labor-intensive industries have certain commonalities in workshop management,which can.also play a reference role.
