Research On Evaluation Of Logistics Service Of Fresh Agricultural Products

The logistics of Agricultural products is an effective way to finish the transfer of the products from the origin to the final consumption.The giant consumption amount of the products,with the propel of the logistics service,makes the logistics amount increase year by year,which is up to 3.6 trillion in 2016.Health concern makes people pay more attention to the quality and fresh of the agricultural products,and these demands derive a personalized logistics service,which is a little difference to the general logistics service.Therefore,better capacity of the services are required as to the more timely and safe demand to the fresh agricultural products logistics service.The optimization to the supply chain can improve the logistics service effectively.By the research to the current fresh agricultural products logistics service,we found few researches and quantitative analysis in this field,especially short of the research from the angle of service supply chain.Therefore,based on the evaluation index system of the current logistics capacity and fresh agricultural products logistics capacity,and with the help of the relevant researches in the other field,fully considering the current development status and the character of the supply chain,we finally summarize the relevant influent factors to the agricultural products logistics service capacity and form evaluation index system which contains 6 first-class indexes-basic business service capacity,customer service capacity,safe distribution capacity,information capacity,innovative service capacity and integration capacity-and 23 second-class indexes,all inflecting the logistics service capacity of our country.Furthermore,this paper uses AHP fuzzy evaluation to prove the aforesaid index system,indicating that the agricultural products logistics service is in general level and have a huge space to improve.Finally,as to the shortage of the logistics service and the key point of service capacity,the paper proposes effective suggestions to improve the service capacity.
