Several sectors,such as corporate banking,personal banking,transaction banking,capital market business,wealth management business and asset management business,cover almost all aspects of modern commercial Banks' income.Our country's commercial Banks traditionally spreads income as the main business profit model,mainly is the traditional company and personal loans business,is a kind of typical "assets" profit model,the main performance for high proportion of credit assets and capital consumption,non-interest income accounted for in the whole operating income is lower,in a secondary position,business development and profit is highly dependent on scale expansion.And the emerging business that does not depend on interest rate income,namely light asset business develops relatively lag.Under the background that China's economy is facing deep transformation and the integration of Internet information technology and industry is getting deeper,the asset-light profit model with less capital occupied to create greater value has become an important aspect that needs to be considered for the bank's operation strategy transformation.Industrial structure at present is undergoing transformation from heavy to light,abandon the traditional high pollution,high energy consumption,heavy industry,advocating innovation,high-tech industries and services,financial sector to industry as the service object,is also experiencing a heavier assets profit pattern corresponding to the connotation of intensive light assets profit model,by giving up the traditional high capital takes up,high costs and low efficiency of output,and pay more attention to the connotation of intensive,secondly,multi-dimensional multi-level capital market in constant development and construction,created the social financing channels are increasingly diversified,it is bound to lead to the proportion of direct financing are increasing,As credit intermediary and debt intermediary Banks are gradually weakening their role.At the same time,the financial competition among peers in the financial disintermediation and marketization of interest rate under the background of increasingly fierce,in under the action of these factors,constantlycompressed and the profit space of commercial Banks,the economic environment reversed transmission bank on the business structure and profit model have to make corresponding adjustment,light assets profit model comes.This paper takes ZS Bank's light asset strategic transformation in recent years as the research object,and through the horizontal and vertical data analysis with each bank,the non-interest income is used as the entry point to measure the bank's light asset standard,and the light taken by ZS Bank is explored.The profit model of the asset.Through a series of analysis and comparison,it is concluded that commercial banks should develop the light asset profit model,and the asset-liability structure,customer structure and business structure should be optimized accordingly.The proportion of non-interest income should be fully improved,non-interest.The various components of income also need to be balanced development,as well as effective control of capital costs and operating costs,and further deepen the series of reference conclusions of light assets through financial technology and other means.On the basis of the research conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the future development of the light asset profit model of the banking industry for reference.
