Research Report On The Extention Effect Of Grain High Yields In Arong Qi,Inner Mongolia

The creation of grain high yields in China is a program of increasing grain yield by integrating and applying single advanced planting technology.Through the construction of the high-yielding core field,displaying field and demonstration field,the regional high yield and super high yield of grain and oil crops were rapidly realized,and the potential of increasing yield of the superior crops in the region was also greatly promoted.In the process of high yield creation,it is actually a process that administrative organizations,agro-technical extension departments and agricultural producers work together to transform the high yield,super high yield of regionalization,small scope and small area into a large area of simultaneous production increase.This paper investigated and analyzed the effect of high yield creation of grain crops in Arongqi,and the main results were as follows:As one of the main grain production bases in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,in recent years,due to the progress of production technology,planting area and yield of corn,soybean,wheat,potato and rice in Arong Qi was increased significantly.In 2011-2015,the proportion of five major crops planting area and yield of the whole county crops planting area and yield were 99.1% and 99.6%.In 2011,Arong Qi began to implement the project of corn,soybean,wheat,potato and rice production.By the end of 2015,implementation spots have developed from 2 towns to 11 towns,the number of farmers participating in the project has expanded from 1,180 farmers in 2011 to 5,180 farmers in 2015.The implementation area has increased from nearly 3,400 ha.in 2011 to 21,300 ha.in 2015,realizing the full coverage of the five major crops in producing areas of the national flag.In the past five years,the total area of demonstration was 69,000 ha.,with a total increasing production of 84,900 ton,the total value added was RMB 164 million,and the effect of implementation was very significant.To the outstanding problems of the varieties which are mixed,miscellaneous,and numerous,the limited potential for increasing yield of the main varieties,the backward of planting technology,low level of mechanization,high production costs in the production process of the five major crops,in the project of high yields,Arong Qi introduces and extends a number of good varieties which are from corn Hanyu 5,soybean Heihe38 and Kenjian 27,rice Jiahe 1 and Longjing 36,potato Xingjia 2 and Kexin 1.In combination with the practice of local production,we form more than 10 sets of technical systems which are suitable for increasing of grain yields in Arong Qi,they provide scientific and technological support for promoting the balanced increasing of grain production in a large area.In the process of grain yields,the government of Arong Qi sets up the special leading group of grain yields to promote effect of the work,flag of farming and animal husbandry bureau sets up expert group and technical service team,the towns set up the project leading group,to coordinate the whole propulsion.It realizes the task to people,responsibility to people,the whole process of technical guidance and service.At the same time,it integrates several project resources,such as soil test formula fertilization,agricultural machinery and tools purchase subsidy,grain abundance project,etc.,to achieve the maximum superposition effect of each project.
