Abstract/Summary:
In the era of knowledge economy,innovation ability is increasingly becoming an important measure of a country's competitiveness,at the same time,China's emphasis on innovation activities is also increasing.However,the previous innovation model did not bring about qualitative improvement to China's innovation and development,at the same time,the development of our country's innovation business is gradually falling into the predicament of “high input and low efficiency”.The improvement of innovation efficiency lies above all in the effective use of innovative resources,therefore,how to reform the previous innovation model and explore a new innovation model to improve the efficiency of the use of innovative resources and thus promote the enhancement of industrial competitiveness is the main purpose and motivation of this study.This article first sorts out the previous innovation model,points out the importance of cooperation and integration of innovation resources in the innovation process,and points out the drawbacks of some innovation models and the direction in which the new innovation model should be expanded.Then from the perspective of the status quo analysis,we describe the current situation of cooperation in China's innovation subject and find that cooperation is still lacking in China's current innovation activities.At the same time,a regional comparison of the competitiveness of high-tech industries based on the total factor productivity of high-tech industries was conducted,and the gap between regions was found to be large.Then through the successful development of the C919 large aircraft,it is analyzed how Cohesion innovation integrates innovative resources in reality.Finally on the basis of the Cohesion innovation theoretical mechanism,relevant indicators were selected from the perspectives of innovation base investment,innovation cooperation,innovation platform,financial support,and innovation environment,and a cohesion innovation index system was constructed.In the empirical aspect,the Coupling Coordination Model was first used to measure the cohesive innovation level in 31 provinces and cities in China from 2009 to 2015,it was found that the cohesive innovation level in China at this stage is generally not high and urgently needed to be developed.Then the Markov chain is used to measure the dynamic evolution of cohesion innovation levels at different levels over the seven years.It is found that the mobility of grade changes is very low,and the development of the cohesiveness and innovation level in most regions is easy to paralyze at a low level.Finally,based on the competitiveness of high-tech industries as a carrier,the impact of Cohesion innovation on industrial competitiveness is studied,it is found that at a national level,China's cohesive innovation and development have a significant role in promoting the competitiveness of high-tech industries.At the same time,this impact process has a threshold effect,that is,when the cohesive innovation level is at a higher level of development,its competitiveness for high-tech industries is greater than at a lower level.Finally,on the basis of the research of this article,this paper proposes policy suggestions from the aspects of accelerating the regional cohesive innovation and development,strengthening the innovation platform and regional agglomeration development.
