Research On Ourpalm's Financial Strategy Optimization

The financial strategy is the basis for the company to carry out scientific and rational financial management,investment planning,financing and corporate profit distribution,and is a key part of the corporate strategy,which has a great impact on the company's production and operation.Facing the complex economic environment,the quality of the company's financial management work plays a key role in the realization of the company's overall strategy.In recent years,the demographic dividend of the game industry has gradually subsided.In the fierce competition and the industry monopoly of Tencent and NetEase,Inc,the relatively weak game companies are under increasing pressure to survive.Therefore,if game companies want to improve their competitiveness in the existing competitive landscape and achieve steady growth in operating income,it is very practical to identify problems in the company's existing financial strategy and optimize it.First of all,this paper sorts out related theories of financial strategy,and establishes the theoretical research basis of this paper.Secondly,using the case analysis method,a representative game industry listed company,Ourpalm Co.,Ltd.,was selected as the case object.Based on the analysis of the industry environment,industry status and main business of Ourpalm,the paper analyzes the current situation of Ourpalm's financing strategy,investment strategy and income distribution strategy.Through the analysis of financial indicators,combined with the specific implementation of the company's financial strategy,the problems existing in the company's existing strategy are analyzed,and the reasons for the emergence of financial strategy problems are summarized.Finally,based on the analysis of the company's financial strategy status,problems and causes,combined with the company's current corporate strategy,the short-term and long-term goals of financial strategy optimization are proposed.Specific optimization plans and safeguard measures are proposed for the company's financing strategy,investment strategy and income distribution strategy.
