Research On Development Countermeasures Of Industry-Cityintegration In Wujin Distrct Based On Method Application Of TOPSIS

City-Industry Integration is a new concept of urban development in recent years,it is also a totally new topic when the construction and industry of a city developed after a certain stage.It is the latest issue to promote regional development.Wujin Distrct of Changzhou city is one of the national first demonstration areas for the integration of industry and city,it is the only demonstration area in south Jiangsu Province.It has been given an important role in the pilot of industrial and urban integration,and it has assumed the important task of trying the model.At present,it is actively exploring the development of industrial and urban integration."This paper takes Wujin District as an example,introduced TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method to carry out the production city fusion.On the basis of comprehensive evaluation of fusion level in many areas,trying to find out the weak links and problems of Wujin Distrct.The paper trys to combined with the current exploration of the pilot,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to answer the issue:"How to build City-Industry Integration".In terms of the index system,this study has established 28 index systems in four dimensions:economic integration,population integration,spatial integration and service integration.The study makes the study of City-Industry Integration embodied and indexed.Using TOPSIS method in comparing with Wujin District,and Kunshan,Jiangyin,Wujiang District,it can be found that although Wujin District of city City-Industry Integration has reached a certain level,excepting the economic integration points lower,also there are some weaknesses in the rest of the three types of index score.After the comprehensive calculation and analysis of the reference unit's experience of City-Industry Integration,we can find that Wujin District City-Industry Integration is also facing some problems,such as production city development planning unscientific,irrational industrial structure of uneven,resources allocation,imbalance between city park,supporting service function is not sound,and so on.According to the evaluation results,Wujin District should focus on six aspects of pilot exploration to improve the level of integration between industry and city in the next stage.First,update the concept of the development.Second,strengthen the strategic implementation in City-Industry Integration.Third,promote the coordinated development of regional and town relations.Fourth,optimizes the industrial structure and upgrade the files.Fifth,improve and perfect the co management system of resource allocation.Sixth,expands investment channels and enhance service allocation.
