Research On Factors Affecting The Efficiency Of Asset Management Business In Securities Companies

Along with the vigorous development of China's asset management business,various securities companies have gradually increased their efforts in asset management business since 2008.A Securities Co.,Ltd.obtained the asset management business license in 2009,and the number of employees in the asset management business increased from a dozen people in the beginning to 120 in May 2018,from the advent of the first asset management plan product to the end of 2016.800 billion,the industry's top 5,and from 800 billion to 6,000 billion according to the gradually tightened regulatory policy.The whole process not only reflects the fine details of the business management strategy and business continuation of A Securities Co.,Ltd.and the adjustment of specific implementation methods,but also reflects the initial development,development,prosperity and regulatory policy adjustment of the entire industry.It can be said that the development process of the asset management business of A Securities Co.,Ltd.can be used as the representative of the overall development track of China's asset management business.Based on transaction cost theory,resource-based theory,and Markowitz portfolio theory,this paper finds the factors that affect the efficiency of asset management business,namely the income and scale of asset management business.Through the quantitative analysis model,the income of one of the influencing factors is subdivided into management expense income,redemption fee income,sales expense expenditure and performance compensation income,and then the correlation between these factors and asset management benefits is analyzed and utilized.SPSS conducted a multiple linear regression analysis of A Securities Co.,Ltd.'s 2016 and 2017 asset management business data to clarify the relationship between various factors and benefits.On the basis of the above theoretical analysis,combined with the actual asset management plan case of the Asset Management Department of A Securities Co.,Ltd.,from the entry threshold,cost model,sales model and investment benefit of the asset management plan,Specific countermeasures should be made for the business benefits of the class.The research and discussion on these issues have a strong reference significance for the future development of asset management of A Securities Co.,Ltd.,and also have certain reference value for improving the overall efficiency of asset management business in the era of strong supervision.
