Sino-Mongolian-Russian Cooperative Development Of Heilongjiang River Basin And Its Countermeasure

Today,all countries in the world are actively seeking various development opportunities.Among them,the development of international river basin as an opportunity to form economic cooperation and development organization is one of the successful examples,for example,the Danube valley international cooperation and development,cooperative development in tumen river,the greater Mekong river basin development,international cooperation and so on.Heilongjiang valley is located in China,Mongolia and Russia the triple junction,is located in the heart of northeast Asia,the geographical position is superior,the rich natural resources,convenient traffic conditions,but low degree of development.China,Mongolia and Russia in the area of cooperation and development,is advantageous to the basin economy as well as to economic development in northeast China,stabilizing the security situation in northeast Asia.China's participation in heilongjiang valley development is beneficial to enhance the level of opening-up,improve industrial structure and economic development level in northeast China,is conducive to the development of ethnic minority areas,to stabilize the frontier and ethnic solidarity,and help to enhance the level of development of our country in foreign cooperation and experience.Based on the growth pole theory,point axis theory and network development theory,this paper adopts literature method,chart method,theory connection practice and induction method to study the development of heilongjiang river basin.First of all,this paper discusses the geographical situation and resources of heilongjiang river basin,divides the resources into natural resources and social economic resources,and has some understanding of the basic situation of heilongjiang river basin.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current development situation of heilongjiang river basin,and points out the focus and direction of cooperationbetween China,Mongolia and Russia.Finally,in this paper,China,Mongolia and Russia to further enhance the level of regional cooperation advantage analysis of inferior quality,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,and heilongjiang valley of China,Mongolia and Russia cooperation put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.Through research analysis of the heilongjiang river basin,China,Mongolia and Russia have very strong complementary cooperation,is advantageous to the tripartite win-win cooperation development,to boost its economy,promote the stability of northeast Asia,is also inevitable in China,Mongolia,Russia development needs.
