With the advancement of information technology and the transformation in consumption patterns,e-commerce enterprises are in a period of rapid development.Online shopping is favored by more consumers.As a key link in online shopping,logistics services play an important role in meeting customer needs and enhancing corporate image.However,the current level of logistics services is not enough to meet the individual needs of consumers,resulting in low consumer satisfaction,which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of e-commerce enterprises.Therefore,improving the competitiveness of enterprises by optimizing logistics services has become the focus of business managers.This article takes Jingdong Mall as the research object,on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature materials,and combines with the logistics related data of Jingdong Mall,analyses the status of network layout and distribution,staffing,after-sales service of Jingdong Mall self-operated logistics and the status of cooperation with the third party logistics,and points out the problems existing in the current self-operated logistics services and third-party logistics evaluation and selection.Then,based on online shopping consumer reviews,using the Octopus data collection tool to capture consumer commentary information from Jingdong Mall,and to explore the main factors affecting the logistics service of Jingdong Mall by grounded theoretical research methods,including four main types: distribution quality,customer perception,reliability and after-sales service quality.Combining the previous research results and current logistics development trends,the Jingdong Mall self-operated logistics optimization strategy is proposed from the aspects of perfecting logistics distribution service,optimizing logistics personnel training program and strengthening customer relationship management.Aiming at the problems existing in the evaluation and selection of the third party logistics,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the third party logistics,uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the third party logistics companies comprehensively,and the sequencing results can be used as the basis for the selection of the third party logistics.The research results have certain reference value for promoting the logistics development of Jingdong Mall,improving customer satisfaction,and then enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. |
