Comprehensive Competence Evaluation On Hebei Inspection And Inspection Institutions

With the progress of the times,the rapid development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,the inspection and testing activities and people's lives are more and more closely,and the inspection and testing activities have received continuous attention and recognition from people.Today,inspection and testing has been upgraded to China's strategic emerging industries.Inspection and testing play an increasingly important role and play an increasingly important role.However,Hebei Province has not yet formed a corresponding evaluation index system,and the evaluation of the comprehensive capability of the inspection and testing institutions in Hebei Province is still blank.Through the research on the comprehensive capability of the inspection and testing institutions in Hebei Province,it is possible to have an objective and comprehensive positioning of the comprehensive capabilities of the inspection and testing institutions in Hebei Province,so as to find out their own weaknesses,thereby strengthening the construction of the comprehensive capabilities of the inspection and testing institutions.The construction development provides help.It also provides corresponding reference significance for the comprehensive capability evaluation of inspection and testing institutions in other provinces.This paper designs a questionnaire for inspection and testing institutions in Hebei Province by visiting and investigating inspection and testing institutions,reading a large amount of literature and materials,and using the survey data and questionnaire to understand the current development of inspection and testing in Hebei Province.Therefore,the comprehensive ability of Hebei inspection and testing institutions is studied and a comprehensive ability evaluation system is constructed in accordance with the actual situation in Hebei Province.In this paper,the index weight is determined by entropy method,and then the comprehensive ability evaluation model of Hebei inspection and testing institution is determined by TOPSIS method.Through the established model,the classification of industry and regional distribution of inspection and testing institutions is analyzed separately,and the four grades of excellent difference of inspection and testing institutions in Hebei Province are judged.Through the Apriori association rule algorithm,the characteristics and relations between state-owned inspection and testing institutions and private inspection and testing institutions are studied,so as to find out the problems and shortcomings faced by Hebei inspection and testing institutions,and comprehensively analyze the factors that affect the comprehensive capabilities of Hebei inspection and testing institutions.Then the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
