A Study On Pro-PoorTourism In Pingshan County Of Hebei Province

Poverty is a common problem that plagues the development of the whole world.Getting rid of poverty is also the common pursuit of all countries in the world.In recent years,we have been committed to eradicating poverty.Our government has carried out various explorations and pursuits.The great driving role of tourism in economic development has been proved by practice.Especially for poor areas with rich tourism resources,tourism can drive the local economy.The development of the poor has increased the income of the poor and eliminated the occurrence of poverty,and the effect is obvious.As a new way of poverty alleviation,tourism poverty alleviation has entered people's field of vision and has caused extensive research by scholars all over the world.Based on the research results of many scholars,this thesis uses the literature research method,case study method and qualitative analysis method to discuss the current situation of tourism poverty alleviation development in Pingshan County.In particular,the community participation theory is used to discuss the three stages of Pingshan County tourism poverty alleviation exhibition decision-making,project implementation and benefit distribution.In the community participation in tourism poverty alleviation,the three stages of the intelligence process,design process and selection process from the decision-making stage,tourism poverty alleviation project The implementation of the product positioning,product optimization,service level improvement,publicity and promotion of the four aspects,as well as the distribution of interests,put forward rationalized advice.In particular,it has put forward opinions and suggestions on strengthening poverty alleviation development in Pingshan County from four aspects: strengthening overall planning,improving the participation of the masses,strengthening the cultivation of professional talents,and establishing a mechanism to prevent poverty alleviation.It has strong practical guidance.The purpose of tourism poverty alleviation is to promote poverty alleviation through tourism.Pingshan County has rich tourism resources,obvious ecological advantages,and unique resources.Under the background of the country's advocacy of transformation and development,green development and high-quality development,Pingshan County's tourism poverty alleviation and development has ushered in a new The development opportunities,through the poverty alleviation of tourism to achieve the goal of getting rich,also require the participation of all levels and departments and the whole society.
