Research On Innovation Of New Sida Motor Service Manufacturing Mode

With the increasing market competition pressure and shrinking profit margins in the traditional motor manufacturing industry,the traditional manufacturing industry is in urgent need of market transformation.However,the booming service industry,which is regarded as the last piece of cake of world economic development,has brought development opportunities for the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry.The integration of service concept into traditional manufacturing industry is the general direction of the development of manufacturing industry.As a new manufacturing mode,service-oriented manufacturing has become one of the main ways to establish sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises.More and more traditional manufacturing enterprises transform from product centered to service centered,from product manufacturer to system solution supplier,and realize the transformation of service-oriented manufacturing to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Scholars at home and abroad have also turned their attention to service-oriented manufacturing.However,most researches are still at the theoretical level,and there are relatively few researches on the practice of service-oriented manufacturing transformation in manufacturing enterprises.From the perspective of theory and practice,this paper introduces the current situation and operation mode of traditional manufacturing industry,as well as the management concept and operation mode of modern service industry,and expounds the current situation of traditional manufacturing industry and modern service industry.The origin,development and basic characteristics of service manufacturing are introduced.This paper expounds the application mode,business mode and operation mode of service manufacturing in detail.Work in hebei new sida motor co.,LTD.,as the case background,new sida to introduce the concept of service-oriented manufacturing actual operation situation,work from the new sida co.,LTD.,the business model of innovation,technology innovation and management innovation combined with emphasis on three aspects this paper summarizes the service-oriented manufacturing business model and operation mode of theory and practice of contrast,theory to guide practice,perfecting the theory with practice.Finally,through the elaboration of service-oriented manufacturing in this paper,we hope to introduce service-oriented manufacturing concept into the motor industry and provide some reference value for us to find our own development direction in the ever-changing market tide.
